We had Trusst build our home in The Lakes at Pine Forest. We had built our previous 3 homes and when we looked at the Trusst model homes we were very impressed with all the additional features of the home that were standard features and not add-ons. Grae Hilton was our sales contact and did a great job of explaining the loan and building process up front. During each of the selection process phases, each of the selection coordinators were extremely helpful and informative to talk through each of the selections and provided great feedback and additional information on our choices regarding how they would look or compliment the home.

During the building process, any questions or concerns that we had were immediately explained and addressed appropriately.
Our builder, Shannon, was always friendly and receptive in communicating and working with us throughout process.

At our one-year warranty phase, we had only a few minor issues (mainly touch up work) to address and were able to get the vendors to come and complete the work in a quality manner.

This is basically one of the best quality-built homes we have ever built and are very happy with our new home and highly recommend Trusst builders.

We were looking to relocate from Maryland to the North Carolina beaches when we retired. We made many trips from Maryland to find a development, home, and builder we liked. Nothing was sitting well with the vision we had for our home. As soon as we walked in the model for our development, it was like a weight lifted off our shoulders. It had everything we were looking for, with it all being standard and not an upgrade. The building process, although stressful only because we were still living in Maryland, was relatively smooth. Our agent with Trusst, the Design Manager, and the Project Manager could not have been more kind, helpful, approachable, and informative. We were kept in the loop of all steps and aspect of the build with photos, emails, FaceTime calls, etc. Trusst builders gave us a quality home that were are very happy with. We would recommend Trusst to anyone, in a heartbeat. Great job, beautiful house, and very satisfied customers.

The quality of construction, attention to detail, and overall professionalism throughout the process set them apart from other builders in the area. The homes are thoughtfully designed, and the team truly cares about the customer experience from start to finish. We looked in our area at many builders and communities before we found The Lakes at Pine Forest. Debbie Williams, Sales Agent, met with us and showed us the various model homes. We fell in love with the Kindle floor plan and finishes. I was pleasantly surprised when I asked about all the upgrades and was told everything I saw was standard.

Debbie was there for us throughout the contract process answering my many questions. When we next moved to the Design Team, again, this exceeded my expectations. They were very helpful and offered options to our choices we had not considered.

Steve Bain was our Project Manager and kept us in the loop with emails and pictures. Any concerns or questions were addressed quickly. Steve was always approachable and friendly during the build.

We have been in our home a little over a year and love it even more. We only had a few minor touchups during our one-year warranty.

I highly recommend Trusst as they made the entire process far easier than I had expected and gave us a quality, beautiful home.

We moved into the new home we built with Trusst Builder Group in The Lakes at Pine Forest community back in July. We couldn't be more pleased with our home and had a wonderful experience during the sales and construction process. We worked with Debbie Williams during the sales process and Steve Bain was our Project Manager. Both were always available to answer our questions and did a great job of keeping us updated through the entire process. We are selling our home at as we are currently living overseas. An inspection was performed on the house today and the inspector remarked that the house was very well built. These are the same sentiments that my husband (Carey) and I have had about our home for the duration of time that we have lived here. We are very thankful to have had a TRUSST built home.

They reduced the myriad decisions of custom home building to a manageable level while giving us top quality materials to choose from. Their project managers ensured that our house was well built and completed in a timely manner. We've recommended Trusst to several of our friends and their homes are being built as I write this. 

We purchased our home 2 years ago and I couldn't be happier! The building process went very smoothly even while living in another state as we were able to log into our portal and view updated photos weekly of the progress. If we were to build again we would only consider Trusst! 

Responsive, professional, kept us informed along the way, love the portal. We were out of town while the build was in progress and while this was initially a concern of ours Ryan, David and everyone we interacted with did a great job instilling confidence.
